How much does it cost :

Our set-up fee is $599.00, there are no hidden fees. No upgrades. You get our best from the start. We will use our powerful strategies on your mortgage deficiency on your behalf.

A monthly fee of just $34.99, (will not occur until thirty days after we process your setup fee) includes up to twenty four months of our:

  • 	We promise to keep you informed. Your personal Deficiency Advocate is always an email away, and will be updating you on a regular basis during the course of your service. You will always know what has been done and what the next step is in your case.

  • 	Your personal advocate will get any additional information that may help with your deficiency mortgage, and discuss any facts with you that may help.

• Unlimited 24/7 online progress reports

  • 	You can monitor our progress 24/7. You will receive a login and password to our corporate site where you will be able to monitor your case.

• All negotiation processes

  • 	Your advocate will assess your case and develop a plan based on your personal situation. As we continue to manage your case we will tailor our negotiations to all events as they arise (average negotiations can take from six months up to two years). We are committed to a successful negotiation.
